Quoted me over $3,000 as you all can see in the last picture. Instead, I went to some detail shop and they took care of 75% of the scratching and it cost me $20 in under 30min. The detail shop was also so kind as to give me a contact for the small car dents. Everyone can see the before and after pictures to decide if it was worth over $3k from the Crown Collision Center instead of the $20 detail shop.

Editing my review after the company responded by noting my delays were insurance related: I was a cash payer and did not go through insurance. It also took me 2 weeks and 4 follow-ups to get my missing caps replaced. — Original review: Don’t bring your car to this collision center. They had my car for an exorbitant amount of time compared to the original estimate. I had to follow-up constantly, and it was one excuse after another. It’s very clear no one here is in a hurry; or they take on too much work without the means to complete it on time. I have so many texts promising deadlines. On top of it all, they misplaced two of my car designer air valves and put on a cheap plastic knock off. Both of those wheels were low on tire pressure. I also had grease stains all over my brown leather, some of which I haven’t been able to get out. They also claimed this was my fault because I wanted my car back “early”… (we were already well past the one week mark of delays). My favorite part of the experience was when I picked up my car at 5 miles to empty after being gaslit that they needed to put 3 gallons in to finish calibration and did me a solid by removing the charge. It’s a 19 mi/gallon

I had an excellent experience with Jenn Smith at Crown Collision Center in Pinellas County. If you’re looking for a reliable auto body shop or collision repair center, I highly recommend working with Jenn. From the initial estimate through drop-off and pick-up, Jenn was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She communicated clearly throughout the entire repair process and kept me updated every step of the way, which made a stressful situation so much easier. My Nissan Versa had a long, deep scratch across three panels from vandalism. Since it’s a leased vehicle, I needed the repairs done properly using OEM parts and paint. Jenn made me feel completely confident that everything would be handled correctly, and the finished repair looked amazing. The team at Crown Collision Center also made the process seamless by coordinating with my insurance and my rental car— it was delivered to the shop shortly after dropping off my personal vehicle and I was able to leave it there when I returned, which was incredibly convenient. Thank you to Jenn Smith the Estimator at Crown Collision in St. Petersburg. Me and my Audi A5 got mildly crunched by another driver, and from the first contact, Jenn was available to help me with a wrecker, insurance issues, letting me know each step what was happening, and was just a friendly voice on the phone. I picked my car up yesterday. A serious shout out to whoever detailed it. It looks amazing. The body work is perfect, and my 14 year old car (with only 55k miles on it) looks brand new. Jenn was right there when I picked it up and walked me through the repairs that were done, explaining them all. Great work on the part of Crown Collision and Jenn Smith!
